Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: {{date}}
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.
That right is lost once you begin accessing the content, if you have agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right. We ask for that acknowledgement at checkout.
{{Confirm with your solicitor exactly how the checkout must word this. Getting the wording wrong means the 14-day right survives, and refunds become mandatory regardless of usage.}}
Course purchases
If you have not accessed any locked lesson, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
If you have started the course, the cancellation right no longer applies — though see discretionary refunds below.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from the account area. Cancellation stops future payments; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
Discretionary refunds
Beyond your statutory rights, we would rather have a fair outcome than a technically correct one. If the service did not work, if you were charged in error, or if something else went wrong, contact {{support email}} and we will sort it out.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, access continues until the paid period ends. We retry, and we tell you before anything changes. We never suspend access without notice.
How to contact us
{{support email}}. We reply within {{period}} and process approved refunds within {{period}} to the original payment method.
